Coach2Go Coaching Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before your first session. By booking a session or checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

Section 1

Nature of Coaching Services

The services provided by Coach2Go are coaching services only. Coaching is a professional support relationship focused on personal development, goal achievement, skill building, and self-awareness. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or any form of clinical mental health treatment.

Coach2Go coaches do not diagnose mental health conditions, prescribe medication, or provide crisis intervention. If you require clinical mental health support, you are encouraged to work with a licensed mental health professional alongside or instead of coaching.

Section 2

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
You understand that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis support
You agree to engage honestly and actively in the coaching process
You accept responsibility for your own decisions and actions throughout and after coaching

Section 3

Client Responsibilities

Everything discussed in your coaching sessions is confidential. Coach2Go will not share your personal information, session content, or identity with any third party without your written consent, except in the following limited circumstances:

Where disclosure is required by law
Where there is credible risk of imminent harm to you or another person
Where you have provided written consent for sharing

Note: Coaching sessions conducted via third-party video platforms (e.g., Zoom) are subject to those platforms’ own privacy and data policies.

Section 4

Emergency & Crisis Policy

Coaching is not a crisis service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please:

Call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) — call or text, available 24/7
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room
Contact a trusted person in your life immediately

If you disclose a crisis situation during a coaching session, your coach will pause the session, provide crisis resources, and encourage you to seek appropriate emergency support.

Section 5

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. The following policy applies to all scheduled sessions:

Cancellations more than 24 hours before session
Full refund or free reschedule
Cancellations within 24 hours of session
Session is forfeited — no refund or reschedule
No-shows without notice
Session is forfeited and charged in full
Coach-initiated cancellations
Full reschedule at no charge, or full refund if preferred

To cancel or reschedule, contact us via [booking system link or email] as early as possible.

Section 6

Payment Terms

Payment is due before or at the time of each session unless a package has been purchased
Package payments are non-refundable once the program has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at Coach2Go’s discretion
Pricing is listed on the Pricing page and may be updated periodically. Your confirmed booking price will not change.

Section 7

Program Results

Coaching outcomes depend significantly on the client’s engagement, honesty, and commitment to the process. Coach2Go makes no guarantee of specific results. Testimonials and program descriptions reflect typical experience and are not a promise of identical outcomes for every client.

Section 8

Governing Terms

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [State — to be confirmed by Coach2Go legal counsel]. Any disputes arising from this coaching relationship will be addressed first through direct communication, and if unresolved, through mediation before any legal action.
